Opening up the relevant store application on your device Play store or App Store, type in the search bar “Rock Kommander”. Once the application is found click on download or press the icon to get the game. Once the download is successful your device will automatically install the game and make it available in your app drawer.

To update, repeat the process and if there is an update available, instead of the wording download app, “update app” will be presented. Repeat the process and your game should be updated automatically just like the initial download.

If you wish to uninstall any app the best way is the good old long press

  1. Locate the app icon on your device’s home screen or app drawer.
  2. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
  3. Look for the option that says “Uninstall” or displays a trash bin icon.
  4. Drag the app icon to the “Uninstall” option or tap on the trash bin icon.
  5. A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to uninstall the app. Select “OK” or “Uninstall” to proceed.
  6. Wait for the app to be uninstalled. This may take a few seconds or longer depending on the app’s size.

Our current version does not require you to make an account. It is although binded to your store identification you may have downloaded it from and your device’s ID, so we can identify and save your progress and fulfil any app store purchases.

Android

We want you to have fun with our games, but sometimes they may not work well. If your game stops or shuts down, you can try these steps to fix it right away.

1) Restart:

Force close all open apps and restart your device by following these steps:

Completely close your game and any other Apps open on your device
Turn off your device and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on
Open your game and ensure you have available internet connection.

2) Check for game updates

Ensure your game and device have the newest updates from the app stores. You can find out how to update your apps here. Finding our game in the Play Store should tell you “update app” instead of stating “open app” if an update is available.

3) Check for device updates: Ensure you’re running your device’s latest software. This can vary from device to device, but following these steps should help:

Tap on the “Settings” menu.
Then push the tab further into the upper right corner of the screen
At the bottom of the next window, click the “About Device” button
Here you will find the “Software Update” tab.

4) Check your device’s resources and storage along with memory capacity

Please make sure you have sufficient free space on your device.
Removing any unused Apps, pictures, and videos can improve game performance. This can vary between devices, but these steps should help:

Enter your “Settings” menu
Scroll to “General”
Tap on “About.” This will display your current available storage


5) Re-install:

As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Our game is currently device-banded, so all your saved data should reload once you have a running app from the last saved point.

Also, please be aware that any time-related event items or gamer actions might be lost during the process.


Iphone

Since our game is tied to your identification and device provided from the relevant store android or Iphone there is no need for account information to be stored on our system, therefore not applicable to be changed.

Unfortunately syncing your game to different devices or defferent platforms is currently not possible. The game progress will be tied to the combination of Google/Iphone stores account ID and device IDs.

We know how important it is to keep your device running smoothly, especially when you’re in the middle of conquering new levels. So, here’s a quick guide on how to delete app data or app cache on Android and iPhone.

Android

Step 1: Open Settings

  • Just swipe down from the top of your screen and tap on the gear icon.

Step 2: Go to Storage

  • Scroll down a bit and you’ll find it. Tap on it.

Step 3: Tap on Other Apps

  • This will show you a list of all your apps.

Step 4: Select the App

  • Find the app you want to clear the cache or data for and tap on it.

Step 5: Clear Cache or Data

  • You’ll see two options here: Clear Cache and Clear Data. Tap on the one you want to do.

 

Note: Clearing data will delete all the app’s data, including files, settings, and accounts, so be careful!

iPhone

Step 1: Open Settings

  • You’ll find this on your home screen or in your app library.

Step 2: Tap on General

  • It’s towards the top of the settings menu.

Step 3: Tap on iPhone Storage

  • This will show you a list of all your apps and how much storage they’re using.

Step 4: Select the App

  • Find the app you want to clear the cache for and tap on it.

Step 5: Offload App

  • Tap on Offload App. This will delete the app but keep its documents and data.

Step 6: Reinstall App

  • Tap on Reinstall App. This will reinstall the app, but without the cached data.

Step 3: Fill in your email, summary field and describe the issue.

In here you will have an option to include a screenshot of your account information you have taken earlier. If you could take a screenshot of errors or recording that you think might be useful to a quick solution please include them also.

Step 4: Don’t worry you are in good hands.

You’ll see a text box where you can describe your issue. Be as detailed as you can – the more we know, the better we can help you. Once you’re done, hit ‘Send’!
