Introduction
Scott Ian runs into a pretty strange guy while out in the city. The guy claims to be a vigilante superhero, which is not exactly the sort of thing you hear every day. His story sounds a little ridiculous at first, but there’s one problem: the danger he’s talking about seems very real.
Scott decides to help him investigate some of the trouble he’s been dealing with, and things quickly start getting more complicated. One problem leads to another, and what looked like a few strange cases begins to point towards something much bigger.
